I don't blame them, we all know the hierarchy of boxingThey don't want to face Sanchez because he's a good mover, good counterpuncher and can match him in handspeed.
Instead we'll be force fed more dog**** with Itauma taking on more static opposition with no defence or chin so we can keep hearing Mike Tyson comparisons and brainwashed into accepting he's so great merely for a bit of peace.
It'll be a shot, morbidly obese Jermain Franklin coming off a gift decision and we'll have to endure the usual vomit - He's not been stopped. Oh he's only lost to elite guys. Dodgy used car salesman tactics in full effect
#1 Slick, Black, AA's
#2 Mexican Warrior
#3 Cuban slickster
#4 Eastern Euro slickster
#5 Brit Bum
#6 Western European plumber
As we can clearly see, Cuban slickster is 2 levels above British Bum, based on this foolproof heirachy, the truth is obvious. Moses Itauma stands NO CHANCE against Frank Sanchez who as you mentioned is easily as fast as Itauma.Comment

Itauma is unproven but why would he fight Sanchez when he is in line for bigger paydays? Just like Hrgovic… Why would anyone fight him for little money? Itauma is getting Saudi money. It’s all about money! Your hero Parker would just stay on the sidelines if he wanted his title shot but instead he is headlining an event in the UK against Wardley for good money. I expect Parker to beat Wardley. Warren ain’t putting Itauma in with any high risk/ low reward fight unless that Turki money is involved. Fish Eyes will milk every dollar out of Turki & he wants Itauma/Usyk…Last edited by joe strong; 09-30-2025, 08:38 PM.Comment

As Itauma doesn't feel like it, think it be pretty interesting if Frank Sanchez fights Richard Torrez in the Espinoza vs Khegai card.
Either Sanchez wins over the crowd in Mexico like Jose "Mantequilla" Napoles had done. Or Torrez proves he belongs at the top level in Heavyweight.

Interesting anecdote, Ricardo Lopez admired Napoles, his reason why he started training at a young age and simulated the Cuban's style to a degree.

Sanchez has had one fight since losing to Kabayel against a journeyman with a losing record and yet is one fight away from becoming mandatory. This highlights the utter absurdity of having four competing sets of rankings. Sanchez is not in the TBRB top ten.Comment
