He’s a good fighter and I think he could still be in the mix at 147. He’s the one who stepped up and faced boots Ennis when the other champions didn’t wanna face him

I was there at the Boots fight. He beats most fighters at 147. PBC should let him fight Barrios.

I mean aside from politics there's no reason he shouldn't be champ at 147. Its absolute garbage

He should probably change promoter and trainer - get back some motivation - but in any case discipline is better than motivation if you don't have both - Usyk no less says this

He was also tricked by his American promoter into stepping aside to allow Spence - Ugas on the promise he would get the winner, which was even written into a WBA resolution. This of course never happened and Spence earned another bonanza getting whooped by Crawford.

This US bias continues now. 154lbs is the hottest division in the sport and a completely undeserving American (Thurman) is getting a shot at the best guy in the division, despite only having one fight at the weight and fighting just twice in the six years since losing to an old Pacquiao.

the 3 cancelled virgil fights destroyed him. Thats 3 gruelling training camps for canceled bouts, absolutely devastating.
