These American egotists are nauseating, it's a culture that celebrates sociopathic business practice. With that said, I will be interested to see how this unfolds and will focus on the fights, not the meatheaded weirdo promoting them.

I don't know anyone that uses Paramount+ and forgot it even existed. We'll see if they capitulated and this is just for show untill they run out of money and spin this into something else.
Dana is stuck in a perpetual cycle of trying to find $ to keep one of his business ventures afloat. Once Khabib smoked Connor and Rousey got iced, the gravy train was in deep trouble. Jones had/has his issues and Ngannou cashed out before getting used and tossed like others. Boxing promoters except one are and have in the same boat for a while. One or two big names keeps those outfits afloat. Manny (top rank), Canelo (GBP), AJ...
Nothing new from a boxing perspective, not much has changed in a hundred years, only different en****** playing the same old roles.

Thank you for the insight. I know very little about UFC/MMA so that was interesting to read.

if they put on fights no matter just straight boxing people will watch providing it is well matched and a good or half way decent fight. i dunno what this guy is up to with Zufa to Twofa boxing i know that boxing is like a drug to some of us.............and who ever sells it if it is good stuff we will keep coming back but it it is garbage we will have nothing to do with his brand of Boxing.
Screw him! His Boxing shows on UFC Fight Pass that he charges for don't even compare to the quality ProBox TV puts out which is free!! ProBox has massively impresses me. I cannot say enough good things about ProBox TV.
Not really 100% sure if this will be any good or bad for boxing but Uncle Dana being friend with Potus pretty much guarantees everything he plans will move forward, The White House will soon host a UFC event ffs, sht is unheard-of...and no im not joking.

Conor/Khabib was late 2018, in 2019 Jorge, Izzy and Usman blew up and Jones fought twice, that was the year Canelo waited in his locker room while his own crowd watched Jorge/Nate on the arena screens. Then in 2020 they did big business because they were putting on big cards during lockdown, Conor did a million+ PPV buys for his comeback which was like 15 months after the Khabib fight, and then two more big buyrates in 2021. They were never in "deep trouble"
The UFC is built more like the WWE or a sports league where they are always raking in cash regardless of whats happening. They have barely any stars right now and are still generating billions of dollars in revenue and signing new long term broadcast deals worth billions. The brand itself, along with being recognised as the no1 destination for top level MMA, gives it drawing power beyond individual stars. Thats why the PFL signing Ngannou has done jack **** for them.
