Is Crawford the epitome of a boxing champion? Floyd's reign suddenly became a bit funny in comparison

I've been a fan of boxing since I was a kid. I discovered this forum when I was 13 and now I'm 33...
I've seen the height of Floyd's reign.... and now I've seen the height of Crawford's reign.. and when I begin to compare them, Floyd's reign has now become a bit funny to me.
Don't get me wrong.. if they fight in fantasy, prime to prime at 147lbs I'd pick and root for Floyd...
But man, Bud Crawford is just the epitome of a boxing champion, he's just somebody who wants to ****, never had a lot of diva moves, no outside the ring issues, smart on and off the ring, good father, never disrespectful, doesn't duck anybody... he just wants to fight and win... and the list goes on... it's like you can't just ask for more from a champion... I'm not even a long time fan of the guy.

While during Floyd's reign? mannn... even if you're an ultimate fan it was hard to defend him at many points in his career. I like the guy, I don't find him boring - like them straight haters or call his style running.. maybe I'm even his biggest Filipino fan... but man, he just did a lot of silly things during his reign -- maybe now forgotten by the new generation since they don't really keep those tabs on it--

Here's the list of the a-bit-funny stuffs (people who been in here since maybe 2008 would know):

    - His constant cry for self preservation citing that "Ali took fights he shouldn't have" because he got pressure. referring to Norton fights when he was asked about fighting Pacman in 2009-2010
    - Crying about his health after fighting against Maidana I - Man I couldn't imagine crawford ever doing that
    - Video of him in an interview where he was consistently monitoring where Margarito was... WTF... This was peak of when he was accused of ducking
    - Video of him getting pushed out by 50 cent in a red carpet so that he doesn't get included in the picture but he kept on standing there - that was hilarious
    - Video of his ex during a red carpet trying to run away from him and he was like chasing them wtf...
    - Choosing Maidana's gloves... (though maybe he has good reasons) but now man we here Crawford getting ask which one he wants and he said "it doesn't matter" "They're all the same"
    - Coming 2lbs over the limit against 135lber moving 2 weight classes
    - Demanding a catchweight against Nelo even though he was a champ twice at 154lbs already wtf.
    - breaking up with his BFF 50 cent because 50 cent wanted to make the pacquiao fight happen
    - Him ducking pacquiao for years has already been forgiven and forgotten because he won against him... but man cmon.. Drug testing issue was solved way back 2012 when Pacquiao sent Konkz to Floyd's camp to negotiate 40-40, and 20 goes to the winner.

(I don't have links for this but them old heads here could remember)

I could site many more... and though Floyd has unbelievable talent, brain and skills as a boxer.. even with all the "hardwork and dedication" chants he was rarely or never viewed as the epitome of a boxing champion during his prime... he was never viewed or admired the way Crawford is being admired now.

It should be universally known now Floyd was nothing but a WWF protected fraud pretender, who the establishment made sure never lost, because there was no other black american stars to sell at the time. Floyd ruined boxing in American with his cowardly methods. He openly brags about getting rich from boxing by being a coward.

Floyd's brilliant boxer. But he never seemed confident of who he could best that's telling. Neither did bud, until 2 fights ago. At some point you are going to have to step up and more than.once and be underdog. Like BH and Pac did.
Once youve been underdog about 3 times then being favourite is OK and people learn not to write you off anymore. Floyd never did that. We never got to say you are better than we thought.

And still Floyd became top 11 all time after Sugar Leonard

greater than TBud somewhere between top 20 to 30 and manny #14

Imagine had Floyd focused more on legacy

within the top 10 all time easily
          1. Sugar Robinson
          2. Harry
          3. Henry
          4. Sam
          5. Ezzard
          6. Willie
          7. Muhammad
          8. Roberto
          9. Joe
          10. Sugar Leonard
          11. Floyd
          12. Benny
          13. Pernell
          14. manny
          15. Jimmy
          16. Archie

            - - l'l floydy and he cra ck daddy and he sugar daddy Haymon knew how to make sure plenty plenty boxing insiders got guaranteed wager winning$

That why they blew out they gaskets when CJ scored a tie vs Canelo that ruined their perfect Unanimous Decision Racket.

And that's why any close decision creates the endemic fan uproars where the losing fans all think their guy won.

Floyds record should be 50miil-0 with amount of ppl lives he ruined online lol

ppl saying Floyd never fought anyone or cherry picked etc and yet his resume compared to Bud's is in another world. Ppl giving Bud his flowers for beating a version of Spence that, if it was Floyd who beat that Spence ppl would have said he beat up a car crash victim lol

Floyd beat everyone in his era including the guy everyone claimed was his kryptonite and all the tears you shed won't change whats in the official records forever long after you and me are gone

Crawfords own words even tho he said he would beat Floyd admits how good he was "that's the goat that boys bad he beats everybody"

Crawford’s now being used to knock Floyd’s resume.

NSB is a sad and pathetic place sometimes.

Floyd fought Arturo Gatti, Sharmba Mitchell, Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, Oscar De La Hoya, Rycky Hatton, Juan Manquel Marquez, Shane Mosley, Victor Ortiz, Miguel Cotto, Robert Guerrero, Canelo Alvarez, Marcos Maidana, Marcos Maidana again, Manny Pacquiao, and Andre Berto CONSECUTIVELY.

And prior to that he had already beaten Genaro Hernandez, Gregorio Vargas, Diego Corrales, Jesus Chavez, Jose Luis Castillo, Jose Luis Castillo again, and Chop Chop Corley.

                    Get a grip on realiy.
