He’s a 3 division champion. That’s a fact.
Once the WBO became recognised as legtimate, as did all their previous champions.
Unless you’re telling me Micheal Moorer was never a world champion at Light Heavyweight? Or Joe Calzaghe didn’t win World title until 2006? Or Chris Eubank didn’t win a world title at all? And neither did Steve Collins? Or Oscar De La Hoya had no title defenses at Lightweight? Somehow I think probably not.

Was the wbo recognized at the time they were won? No.

They were great fighters holding a title that wasn't recognized as legitimate
The wbo in the 90s was the equivalent of what the ibo is today.
So by your logic, chris eubank is a current middleweight champion as ibo champion. He's not. And if the ibo become legitimate 10 years from now. I still wont see him as a former champion

Which part of once it was recognised as legitimate their last champions were also is eluding you?

So Micheal Moorer was never a world champion at LHW?
Chris Eubank was never a world champion?
Steve Collins was never a world champion?
Think you’ll find all 3 are considered as such. Since, they were. As was Duke McKenzie, in 3 weight classes.Comment

Like I said, they weren't considered legitimate in real time.

I don't retroactively recognise WBO 'champions' (belt holders) at all. I don't see how that's a sustainable position to take. Do you now think Francesco Damiani was dis*****g Tyson's clam to the world heavyweight championship even though no one (including you because you are old enough to have watched in real time) was doing so at the time?

Correct, he was not.
Correct, he was not.
Correct, he was not.
Nor were the multitude of WBO heavyweight belt holders during this period. Holyfield didn't even want it on the line for his third encounter with Bowe because he was concerned it would jeopardise his ranking with the Big Three.
