THis reminds me of Flip hit DDD all night long. Josh hits way harder than Flip? Yes josh hits harder than Flip, but he certainly didnt have Flips chin.
All the glory goes to JMM. Bud not proved he can be Pacs kryptonite. Neither has Floyd proved anything against Pac other than that he can get controversial win against a one arm fighter.Comment

To bad, TBud wasn't confidence enough to fight Pacquiao at 147. Why is that? You said TBud would whoop of Pacquiao so why demand the fight to be at 140? Did TBud do the same with Canelo? Now his fans are going around playing make believe. You keep bringing up all these theories but the fact is that TBud had to opportunity but didn't want to take the fight at 147. Asks yourself that.Comment

because manny and the man who knows manny best his trainer kept advertising themselves as being a lightweight

Cap!! TBud had no issue fighting Canelo at 168. Jumped 3 weight classes. But for Manny, "The fight must be at 140". Why didn't TBud had the same confidence for Pacquiao?Comment

Terence Crawford insisted that any fight with Manny Pacquiao would have to take place at the 140-pound super lightweight division. In 2016, after defeating Viktor Postol to unify titles at 140 pounds, Crawford made it clear that Pacquiao would need to move down in weight to meet him there, as Pacquiao had been fighting at the welterweight (147-pound) division for years.Comment

I am flattered as you desperately double post just for meTerence Crawford insisted that any fight with Manny Pacquiao would have to take place at the 140-pound super lightweight division. In 2016 manny opted to fight the great Jessie
instead of risking it for 140 immortality by facing the unified champ TBud
your mind working overtime to find a defense for manny rofl
but it is futileComment

Why would the A-side go down in weight, Canelo didn't. Why didn't TBud go up in weight like he did against Canelo?
"must fight me at 140"

You know this is something I always hear about fighters, but I think we have to look at the nuances with situations like these and not just count pro fight totals. What I mean by that, is how much more wear and tear did Canelo (in this instance, but this argument can be made for any fighter) take in his extra pro fights?Lot of fans are late to the party on Bud's greatness. I recognized it back when he was at 135. All the skills were there. I shook my head at all the casuals calling him Crawfish and mocking him as overrated when they thought Spence would school him.
Yes he came up two weight classes but he was draining himself by over 30 pounds to make 147 and 154. He's actually a big WW/JMW. He was the older man in the ring by 2 years but Canelo had 25 more fights of wear and tear on him. He appeared to age almost overnight as he had no answer for Bud's movement and combinations. Bud beat a better version of Canelo than Floyd did. Despite Floyd having a deeper resume Crawford is the better head to head fighter. He ranks considerably higher on an all-time list.
For example, in his 30th professional fight, Canelo got a 1st rd KO victory over Carlos Leandro Herrera, earning him the WBC youth welter weight title. Crawford's 30th pro fight was his KO win over John Molina as he defended his unified JWW title (actual recognized champion) he unified one fight earlier against Postol.
I write this just to ask how much extra wear and tear was it for a fighter who had a very busy schedule on the way up against guys he was basically KOing early on?Comment
