Absolutely nobody said boxing was dead cause of that fight except Mammoth who's a fvkcing idiot and just made the thread to troll.
Did Crawford vs Canelo kill boxing as the haters predicted?

As an MMA fan i'm really disappointed that the UFC didnt end up on Netflix. Its hard to overstate the kind of exposure it gives and how many people who dont normally watch will end up tuning in if they see it on there. I hear the WWE is doing very well from it too.
Its a big win for boxing, I just wish it was a regular thing rather than a few fights here and there.Comment

I watched from the UK, after the post fight stuff it was 7am. I knew it would go late, so I slept from 12-4, then after the fight for a few hours. I wish they'd sort this out though. Undercards run way too long. Big fights should be on earlier and absolutely nobody is watching Boxing for music performances. Nash out - His Majesty👍 1Comment

No boxing has been dead
The casuals at work, one never even heard of Crawford
The other said madeimov was a bum and never watched that fight
A lot of people said it was boring but they don't care about technical fights they just want to see a KOComment

I was falling asleep in the chair for the first four rounds or so. I was about to call it quits and watch it in the morning, but the fight was too good I was able to stay up and finish it.👍 1Comment

I also liked the fight. Way more competitive than people expected. Crawford held his own, and it definitely didn't kill boxing like the haters said. If anything, it brought more eyes to the sport. I caught the replay on flosports tv, solid coverage as always. Looking forward to what’s next.Last edited by ired; 09-22-2025, 04:39 AM.Comment

Its too late now. They've just signed a 7 year deal with Paramount. Apparently Netflix only wanted the monthly numbered cards which killed the deal.Comment
