Does Terence Crawford have a case to be the GOAT?

I can't believe what I'm seeing on this forum. Honestly, it feels like a lot of these posts are rage bait. This the same community that loves to nitpick resumes, yet we ignore that Crawford's resume is ABSOLUTE garbage. His only good win is a washed Canelo who looked like ass in his last 5 or so fights. Or are you one of those people still trying to prop up the corpse of Spence? What has Spence done since he lost that fight?

Na, hasn’t had the opponents

Finally...somebody who UNDERSTANDS boxing! Firstly, how can you compare him to SRR, Armstrong or Greb who literally fought hundreds of times during their career's in 15 round fights in a one-belt era? They also finished with career win/loss ratios of 80%+.

Secondly, Canelo will probably be the ONLY HoF fighter on his record when he retires unlike Ali, Mayweather, Pacquiao, Duran, Jones and countless others. Therefore, although he's an ATG, he's nowhere near the top 25 simply because the calibre of opposition he's faced is WEAK. Also, Spence is the only fighter he's defeated in his PRIME (and that was coming off a life-changing car crash) whereas the other biggest names on his CV (Khan, Brook, Canelo & Porter) had all suffered multiple losses each.

No, the titles don't matter in this regard its all about who you beat and how good were they at the time you beat them. He just simply doesn't have enough quality wins for a distinction like that.

Besides Crawford, only Floyd and Manny achieved this. However, unlike Floyd and Manny, Crawford never utilized catchweights a single time in his career.

Floyd and Manny never even did this in one weight class. Henry Armstrong did it, but Crawford is the only one to do it in the four belt era.

No other fighter has done this.

Pound-for-pound, Terence Crawford may actually be the greatest and most legit fighter of all time.

No he doesn't, he kicked a bully a$$ and from his own mouth he didn't felled the weight, canelo has never been an elite boxer, yes, good enough combined with looks and place of birth, if carefully matched to make a ton of money, which he did. Let's not fall into the narrative that he beat a Roy Jones, Tommy Hearns or Sugar Ray, he is, Crawford, the best fighter of this generation, for now.

No He's coasted too much in career. Nel o is a great win, but too far and few in between. Inoue does more, dominated and stops opponents
