That's rich considering Pacquiao beat Delahoya, Eric Morales and Margarito who were far closer to the end of their careers than either Spence or Canelo. He even fought Morales coming off a loss. They also were far less threatening as opponents than Spence, Canelo, and Shawn Porter. Fought Cotto with a catch weight of 145 lb. That in itself eliminates Cotto from being the same threat as Canelo, Spence, or Shawn Porter.

The "championship" Pacquiao won against Margarito was as bogus as the 150 lb catch weight. Margarito was never a top fighter or even a contender at 154. So don't even pretend that Pacquiao was any kind of champion at 154 lb.

So who exactly did Pacquiao beat that was better than Spence or Canelo? I'll wait.

Spence only had two easy fights after his car crash

A lot of assumptions were made on how much he had left, he hasn't even fought again

Pac beat a lot of guys better than that spence

Erik morales went on to become champion at 140 a few years after losing to pac. He also managed to give prime maidana one of the toughest fights of his career and gave a young Danny garcia a very tough 1st fight. It's also arguable that he was robbed against david diaz who was 135 champ at the time. So morales definitely had more fight left in him. Canelo has pretty much been retired from the sport mentally since his loss against bivol. Ducked benavidez to fight easy winnable fights. Canelo will most likely retire very soon now after losing to crawford.

Also margarito was definitely a big threat. Outweighed pacquiao by 15 pounds and was the considerable taller man. That fight definitely took the prime out of pacquiao.

Pacquiao's stoppage win against barrera is better than the spence and canelo wins. Barrera was at the height of his career (top 3 p4p, lineal featherweight champ, coming off some great wins against hof'ers Hamed and morales). And pacquiao was moving up to barrera's division as the big underdog.

spences career might have already ended. pac effectively ended margaritos career with the injury he gave him. not really the same thing.

well margarito did get robbed against daniel santos back in 2004 and santos was a top 5 fighter there. the fight being at 150 was dumb of course but if pac really wanted he could have forced marg to come to 147 and he would have done it in order to get the fight

Pacquiao had a better career than Crawford.

We all remember how exciting his fights are.

Crawford X Canelo put me to sleep.

I've never heard a fighter credit himself as much as Crawford.
                *Well, maybe equally Mayweather.

He had his decline too, he was stopping everyone then that stopped

Crawford might feel that way because pac struggled with horn while he destroyed horn but pac had been fighting for 22 years and was 38 years old when he fought horn, so what he was past his prime that doesn't mean pac sucks now. And pac still should have gotten the win he had a 10-8 round from dropping him i don't think horn had enough rounds to win despite exceeding expectations
And he fought horn in his 7th weight class… horn was way bigger

bud won’t even fight benavidez in his 6th and he shouldn’t because he not good enough to beat him

I've said it a long time ago

                      Pac is a compiler
A bunch of W's vs has beens and *'s

As we all seen, it's not difficult to beat him if you have a pulse and a game plan.
