You are right. Your scenario is not that far fetched. What you are trying to do is trying to discredit Benny as a credible mandatory to Canelo. You assume that there is a reluctance on people to give Benny's resume a rating. We don't have to. Benny's resume next to Canelo is trash. That does not mean Benny was not Canelo's mandatory. It does not mean Munguia, Charlo, Ryder, Scull and Berlanga were the better option for Canelo. It just means Canelo did not want to fight Benny for obvious reasons.
