His best win was vs GGG ofcourse.
He stopped or drop almost everyone at 168, but never really hurt GGG in fights. GGG is the most elite fighter he beat. Bivol and Mayweather were too much.

The 2nd GGG fight for me although he lost the first one clearly and that draw still gives me the s**** to this day and my interest in boxing generally waned ever since

Well, he (GGG) beat Danny Jacobs. And Danny Jacobs is being touted here as Canelo's best win, and at least what most agree was his best win against a fighter under the age of 35. So it looks like the top spot on GGGs resume is the same as the top spot on Canelo's resume.

GGG is mindlessly anointed "elite" -
            Let's take a look
            1000 practice ''fights'' AKA timewasters
Sets up the perfect excuse for everyone waiting for him to get old ................................................

            Elite amateur
            Elite chin
            Elite jab

            Resume wise............
            Nelo 3 (GGG was shot)
            Murata
            Kamil
Shortychenko (Top 10 robbery GGG fand never mention )
Rolls (GGG is back, baby !!!!)
Nelo 2 (GGG was shot )
Vanes (GGG is back, baby !!!)
Nelo (Nelo waited for GGG not to be prime. grrrr)
            Danny (that flash KD, doe)
            Brook
            Wade
            LeMeh
            Monroe
            Murray
            Rubio
            Geale
            Adama
            Stevens
            Macklin
            Ishida
            (Let's stop here !!!!)

            How did GGG survive ?!?!?!?!
Would Nelo be mindlessly anointed elite off of the above shlt ?!?!?

Probably Kovalev or Lara. Kovalev may not have been in his prime but Canelo isn't a 175lber, so knocking him out in that fashion was still highly impressive IMO. The Lara fight was close but Canelo deserved the decision IMO. That was Lara in his absolute prime, with a style that is basically considered Canelo's kryptonite and he got the job done, largely down to some great body punching.

On paper Canelo's best win is the rematch with Golovkin, but he didn't actually win that fight IMO. It's a shame that what was probably the best overall display of boxing in Golovkin's entire career was overshadowed by Canelo getting given too much credit for simply doing better than expected, i.e. not backing up the entire fight.
