Being that Turki cooked the scorecards for Matias against Puello, why doesn't Turki also throw cash on the table to get Smith-Matias over the line? It should never come to a purse bid.

Looks like the real people in charge of Turki are finally starting to tell him that his ridiculous out of control spending has got to be stopped.
