Wilder was a manufactured, dime-store version of Primo Carnera. But now he joins the chorus of faded names chasing the circus before it leaves town. Wilder’s more than happy to bark at Ngannou and Jake Paul pathetically begging for a golden ticket to the freak show. But, the plain and sad reality is that Wilder is no longer relevant in a sport that never misses an opportunity to punch itself in the face.

Ngannou himself is a sitting duck, and the KO loss to AJ has made him lose the eye of the tiger as well.

This could be a terrible fight where neither guy is pulling the trigger and they just stand in front of eachother.

With full respect to Ngannou, a very tough guy in another sport, I am not keen on any novelty fights like Ngannou or Jake Paul for big name boxers who likely have just a small number of fights left and numerous boxing opponents not yet faced.

So called fans are also a joke, they are the ones who will hype up and pay for fights like Paul AJ and Wilder Ngannou. When in reality AJ and Wilder should be made. Yes both washed but anyone who wants to see them fight a youtuber or a mma guy with a 100% losing record in boxing over each other are not real boxing fans
