Comments Thread For: Bakhram Murtazaliev urges Josh Kelly to stay fit as the rivals exchange barbs
IBF junior middleweight champion Bakhram Muratazaliev and contender Josh Kelly have exchanged barbs on social media ahead of their proposed fight

Murtazaliev replied: “The main thing is, don’t do anything to yourself before our fight.”
Wouldn't bet on that one. Kelly will be punished so bad, the best thing what can happento him is a quick knockout the worst thing is a severe beating into retirement.
Kelly is so overrated people say Murta never faced anyone reality is he beat 2 guys that are way better than all of Kellys opponents and Kelly got smashed by a C level fighter and also got hurt bad by a D level fighter.
People crap on Uisma vs Ennis but reality is Uisma would also stop Kelly like every top 15 guy would.

Yeah man, Kelly should have been some angry anonymous sadist with an alt account on an internet forum instead.
I realize that styles make fights but........ I can't get over the fact that David Avanesyan put a beating on Josh Kelly and Ishmael Davis had Kelly in wonderland with just one shot.
IMO, the only belt holder Josh Kelly might consider fighting is Xander

Something is telling me that Murtazaliev is an overhyped overnight and over rated sensation. He knocked out Tim Tszyu. So what?
What other notables names he has knocked out before; No one? Tim Tszyu is both chinny and lacks real punching power at 154.
After all, the man has been dropped to the canvas for combined total of 7 times in his career and lost to Sebastian Fundora for crying out loud.
yes where have we seen this before, soon the russian is beaten well and everyone says hes finished, bit like timmy tszyu actually its not long ago that he was the potential top dog in the division, makes it all the more embarrassing for the guys like ortiz and others who are avoiding him like the plague through nothing other than fear and not willing to take the risk even tho he is the belt holder
what actually creates the hype around certain guys is the fighters themselves who are clearly unwilling to fight the guy simply because they had one good performance & are not willing to take the risk, this creates the hype that the boxer is avoided and it is actually true until someone good or even decent comes along and proves it otherwise
