He already has monetary wealth, what he doesn't have is a wealth of legacy. He doesn't care about legacy or what the fans want.

I don’t ever remember him talking about legacy.

Given your historically dim view of black fighters, I don’t think any regular poster here gives any credibility to your opinion.

I don’t many fighters care about legacy and especially not what the fans want. Probably none.

So you’re suggesting that he should fight Shakur instead for 10% of the money? Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way.

Of course not, that is for fighters who want to become great.

When fighters want to become great, it shows by the fighters they fight. Boxing still has those fighters. Usyk, Crawford, Inoue, Jesse Rodriguez, are chasing greateness or have become great. Other fighters don't have that drive. It is what it isn't as I like to say. A good example of an excellent but maybe not great fighter who I really like is Stephen Fulton. This guy fights anyone and everyone. He's fought the whose who. Almost no fighter does that. I salute that man. He's earned his place in my heart.

He’s never looked convincing, when asked about potential opponents.
