Santillon never beat anyone and couldn't even beat Antonio Demarco. Santillon being hyped is the result of the welterweight division not fighting each other so the fighters the promoters and networks push get more buzz, higher rankings' etc...he wasn't good though and would have lost first time he took a risk(Demarco not even a risk) good for norman for derailing santillons hype train though. Now haney is trying to take Norman's hype so he can get back on track after the Loma and Garcia losses
