Those Who Are Picking Pacquiao to Beat Cotto...

Though I believe a good amount of you truly believe Pacquiao will win, I sense more people having a tough time explaining how and why Pacquiao will win besides the speed factor.

I personally have seen how both would be able to beat the other, but I also know fighters don't automatically change their styles overnight (as has been proven time and time again).

Can Manny Pacquiao be successful fighting Cotto as he's fought his opponents in the last couple of years?

I am far from a Pac nut hugger (his fans red k me from time to time) but I think he will shock Cotto early with the movement, speed and power. I dont think Cotto ever gets a chance to get into the fight before he gets badly hurt. But if Cotto does well after about 3 rounds I think Pac is fuuuuuuuuuuuucked and in for a beating.

ive already asked this..i said "besides speed how can manny beat cotto"...and you know what happened???i just got called a bunch of names..so that tells me alot of his own fans really dont know **** about him..all they say is speed..but manny is alot more than just speed...my take is..if manny can use if speed while creating angles to escape(cause he cant **** with cotto no way no how) and if he tires cotto or frustrates him he can beat him..

Yes. I think he will show Cotto everything he has right away and will try to blow him out. If Cotto can take that and give as good as he gets I think he will impose himself on Pac and eventually start to beat him up. Pac is too confident in his power now to try and box for 12 rounds. He is going to try and knock Cotto out because he believes he can.

Pac is too fast, mobile...and deceptively powerful. He will find angles..and he will utilize his speed to throw in explosive straight shots as well.

He's not the type to go to a knee, or quit. Cotto, bless his heart, did. (yes, I know Marg's gloves were probly loaded) But if you hit Pac with a ****ing battering ram, he wouldn't go to a knee until he was knocked out. Pac will go out on his shield. He will have more will and determination in there.

Plus, if he hits Cotto at all like that left he hit Hatton with, it will do severe damage, if not stop Cotto outright
