Let's face it, we (sort of) bought the Dubois hype because he KO'd a faded AJ, beat a noPeds Miller and a cut Hrgovic. But the truth is that his comeback story was over hyped. Put him in vs Kayabel, Itauma or even Parker and you'll see his true value.

Agree with PBR. DDDis so reminiscent of Bruno. Very strong, a huge puncher and with decent basic skills, but that bodybuilding physique leaves him slow,stiff& going to gas after 6

Also, the word is that DDD doesn’t just have a ridiculously low ring IQ, but generally his cognitive skills are not good. TBH, that makes me wonder if he should even be allowed to be a boxer, if he can’t fully comprehend the risks he is taking. I’m just reporting what I heard, either way, if true, it is going to be very hard to teach the man new (or any) tricks.

I remember there was a lot of controversy and friction between Daniel's trainer and Daniel's dad about a party (or gathering) at Daniel's house just before the fight. It seems Don Charles is paying the price for that. Daniel's father and trainer are blaming each other for defeat when in reality Daniel could never beat Usyk under any conditions (short of Usyk being 45 years old and in retirement).

I would not criticise the’party’. DDD didn’t drink, smoke or eat junk. I understand his father thought DDD was going to be very stressed and burning up all his nervous energy, and the party was a way to relax him. In a way, probably a good idea.
