A lot of the new American boxers are obnoxious loudmouths and that turns off a lot of people. Get rid of the staredowns and insults/fights at weigh ins.
A fighter like Shakur Stevenson has a lot of talent but is a creep, the recent Belanga fight is another example and boxers like Caleb Plant are painful to listen to.

Also the sport, with streaming media is international now more than ever and the concept of a Friday Night Fights and/or Tuesday Night Fights that were entertaining captured a lot of attention.
Will Dana White produce a feeder system into Boxing like his Ultimate Fighter series? Will it bring more money (incentive) to undercard boxers or will it turn into a dictatorship?

Boxing needs to have imports, ie: Cuban and Russian boxers to fatten the gene pool, look at Beterbiev,Usyk and Lomachenko, Promoters can build them up into stars, then think how many Crawfords there are in America.

PED's are another subject to sort out, can they wipe it out? is that possible? Correct me if I'm wrong but when the UFC cracked down on PED's wasn't that around the same time McGregor and Rousey's career drop off?

        I love this idea.

Let boxing grow locally at the grass roots level, but have a feeder system to larger state and regional and national titles. Get it to Donald Trump ASAP.

Impossible to fix something with too many moving parts. How many big and small promoters are there now? Hundreds? You think you can make them all work together?

You should just focus on things like implementing AI on scoring fights to get rid of the useless judges. Or making the ring smaller to avoid too much running around. Things like that.

No. Unless you have a committee that can enforce the laws and dont have direct relationship of income related to a fighters success. Example Jon Jones who had a string of failed test but is allowed to fight because he sells just like canelo. WBC makes more money when canelo fights. Dana makes money off of Jon Jones. In American sports we have commissioners that can enforce laws and their salary isnt tied to the success of one player or team.

As far as your other statement. It doesn't sound American first and this post is only direct towards Americans and American boxers.

No more promoters in this example. I never once mentioned promoters. They are not needed in this system because everyone has to fight each other to move up. The state will fund and promote their own fights.

                boxing is a professional sport
government should not be involved with developing, running or managing a professional sport, only safety regulation thereof
boxing is a global sport, th US has no say in how other countries manage sports
                nothing is "wrong" with boxing
you can't force an individual fight who YOU want them to fight, only incentivse
who commissioned YOU for this proposal?
what are YOUR qualifications for developing said organization?
what is your level of funding for said organiztion?
what do YOU get out of the organiztion?

Who said anything about other countries ? You randomly added that. Why would Americans care how other countries run their sports ?

America has local, state and federal law. States do regulate certain aspects of sports thats why you have a California boxing commission / license and New York boxing commission / license and etc.

What about state college basketball or football programs in America? Thats money funded by the state, local taxes, alumni and sponsors. Colleges recruit and train their own talent.

There's nothing in America that doesn't go through some sort of government oversight or regulations. Government sponsoring and training athletes isnt something thats extreme in any compacity.

One. I have extensive background in Busines development, marketing, organizational management and international business. I also have federal government experience.

You can make anyone fight who you want them to fight if it can be enforced just like college sports or any other professional sport that's not mismanaged like boxing.

No disrespect. I dont think you are even American.

That's funny, not american. As I mentioned, government's role is strictly limited safety and oversight, not creation, which is what you are describing.

Everything you mention is already in place, it's called the Golden Gloves and the Police Athletic League.

"You can make anyone fight who you want them to fight" Sound like you are advocating human "****fighting".

I added other countries because I assumed (my bad) that the reason you are advocating your system, because you are dissatified that big name fighters don't fight who you want them to fight, or often enough. I shouldn't have assumed your resoning. Many top fighters, both ameture and professional reside outside of US jurisdiction, therefore your "comission" would do little to imcrease the popularity of boxing in the US. The public wants to see the best fighters, that's what drives interest.

You mentioned Boots, a professional fighter. A world class professional fighter. You want to make him fight in Harrisburg, PA???? wth wants to fight in Harrisburg, PA? Boots doesn't have to explain anything to you or anyone else. Who cares that he isn't doing fast food commercials. If you see an opportunity, and want to picth him on it, go for it! But don't lead with, "you have to explain to me why you aren't fighting in central PA," I doubt that's going to get you very far.

Please explain how you thing boxing is mismanged?

You plan is quasi ameture, quais professional. You can't have both. You are trying to enforce an ameture league system on a professional, individual centered sport. In a professional sport, pros follow the money. Nothing in your plan mentions compensation. If YOU were american, you'd understan that, lol. Use your business background to figure out how to get fighters paid, they'll flock to you. Or start your own local gym in central PA. Hosts some ameture tournaments, maybe some localised pro bouts. Create your Blue Horizon in central PA.
