Roy would have ducked them both, just like he did Michalczewski....and Nigel Benn....and Gerald McClellan.

Roys Olympic rip off was bad , but nothing was worse than what Olympic stole from Evander Holyfield DOMINATING and KO’ing all his opponents only to get a bull**** DQ in the medal rounds … THAT was the biggest Rio Off in Boxing History !

      I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Oh damn, I forgot about that.
Evander got jobbed bad, that's the truth.
At least we can take comfort in the amazing pro careers both RJJ and Evander had. They will be remembered most for their achievements, not for being victims.

Dariusz was the lineal champion so it would had been a nice name on Roy's resume since he stated out of his own mouth he was washed up when he faced Tarver.
I'm not saying you accused anyone of ducking.

I'm saying we gotta blame Dariusz for it never happening considering he never left Europe

How do you duck a man that never left Europe ever?

Beterbiev and Bivol are both magnificent and would have been able to compete in any era. Either one against Roy in his prime, would have been something to see. When Roy fought Bryant Brannon, I was almost ringside. The fight b4 Roy's was Ike Quartey vs. Oba Carr. I sat right near Quartey's entourage. While they all played drums, Quartey pumped his piston like jab, and seemed to adjust his tempo to the drum's changing rhythms. But anyway, Roy was so cold that night. I'm glad I was able to witness it up close and personal. At that particular point in his life, I think the only one that could beat Roy was Roy himself

Roy would be hated if he were active now. With social media it would have been obvious he was ducking top competition

That would be bad against Beterbiev.

Against Bivol I could see him winning on points.
In his prime, Roy was the most athletic fighter these old eyes have seen -- more talented than even Ali in my view. Beterbiev is not a one-punch knockout artist. He beats people up. It would have been difficult for Beterbiev to put combinations together against Roy -- a 50/50 fight in my view.

So all the titles he won at 175 was against nondescript guys? Including plenty of HoF guys that he beat?
For almost 10 years Roy was the #1 P4P which according to you was just a farce.
                      Gotcha.
