Additionally, he clears prime Pac in a head to head matchup.

Both are Top 12 ATGs, Duran being in the Top 7

Esteban DeJesus is in the HOF, so is Ken Buchanan who you left out. A long with a list of Top 5-10 ranked Lightweights.

Cuevas and Palomino as you mentioned, two top WW’s.

He beat Davey Moore in his at Jr Middlweight, after starting his career as a Bantamweight, as a big underdog to win that belt.

And then of course he beat an undefeated Sugar Ray Leonard.

So to ask “who did he beat” is just a very wild thing to ask.

To be fair, unlike Pacquiao, Duran was at notable size disadvantage against Hearns and Hagler, yet gave a pretty great fight against Hagler and beat Barkley when Roberto was quite in the downslide. It be like Pacquiao going 15 rounds with a prime Golovkin and winning about 6-7 rounds, his opponent just edging it. Pacquiao was at a size disadvantage at 147-154, but don't think he was fighting champions of that caliber in Bradley, Ugas, and Thurman. He dominantly kicked Margarito's cheating ass but took punishment for it. Cotto and De La Hoya were also out of their prime.

Not saying his legacy is that much greater than Pacquiao who went from 108 to 154 actually besting more legends and prime former world champions, but Duran also has wins over championship level fighters like Saoul Mamby, Guts Ishimatsu, Vilomar Fernandez, Esteban De Jesus X2, Ken Buchanan, Pipino Cuevas, Carlos Palomino, Davey Moore, Jorge Castro, Iran Barkley and Sugar Ray Leonard. He also got a pretty close UD loss to Wilfred Benitez, where it was winnable for both, but Benitez out did Duran.

I kind of forget he debuted at Bantamweight. But then again, according to his record he debuted at 16 years old. Pacquiao debuted at the same age in Light Flyweight.
