Never seen Lopez, but after a boxrec, I see a Puerto Rican flag so I assume he'll get KO'd by the 40 year old.

Beterbiev has no choice but to stay active, he needs to use it or he will lose it at his age. Bivol might be doing a mini-Canelo by aging Beterbiev a little bit.

WTF does his Puerto Rican identity have to do with him winning or losing? It's clearly a huge step up for López, he barely stands a chance against Beterbiev. Beyond that, the truth is that Puerto Rico produces a wealth of talented boxers and has had more than 50 world champions, which places PR 5th overall as the nation with the most champions. And we are talking about a small community of people, right now there are around 3 million in the island and around 7 million in the US. Compared that to the population of the top four nations, USA, Mexico, UK, and Japan. And PR right now has 4 active male boxers; 5 if you count Zayas.
