Najee is a decent fighter. He's been moved carefully but he hasn't really faced anyone that could be considered an established journeyman or a fringe contender. Helluva step up to face someone like Beterbiev.

I’ve heard he’s waiting for the Canelo-Bud fight result to see if Canelo would want to pursue a rematch , but that’s just rumors.

He was also ordered to fight the IBF mando Eifert about a month ago, so that’s a possible fight, though a bad one.
