From what I know so far - with Rodriguez having also failed a PED test in his fight prior to Yafai - I don't think Galal should share the ring with Rodriguez again. Then again, if Yafai could put a beating on him like Cotto did to Margarito in their rematch, that would be sweet. But not immediately. Make him wait and test clean for a couple years minimum.

A rematch is ridiculous. Rodriguez should be suspended for a long time.

As for Yafai, I think he's pretty much screwed. Even if he gets back into position to fight Teraji, I think he'd just sustain another savage beating like the one Rodriguez put on him.

The Haney loss was erased. That should be done in this case too.

He's popped his last 2 fights & the wbc put him on probation & reward him ??
Roll on the revised Ali act, I'm becoming sick of this buisness that usually ends in a fight nobody wants.

Any news on the Dennis McCann case? It seems to be taking age's.

It's a popularity game in some respects. Galal isn't mega popular, but he's not disliked like Haney is. It's crazy because Ryan Garcia isn't very well liked by hardcore boxing fans either, they just dislike Haney more so gave him a pass.

That said, Haney is enrolled in SNAC – usually my view is innocent until proven guilty, but if you're involved with either Heredia or Conte then you're with the best guys to pass a PED test.

Yafai would be beyond retarded to accept a rematch with a known cheater who not only jeapordised his health but probably shaved a few years off his career too with that beatdown. Ditto for Haney-Garcia 2 although as a fan, I would be curious to see how both fights pan out without the influence of drugs.

Separately, with SO many fighter's of all backgrounds testing positive in recent years, I'm starting to believe that most boxer's are on something or other and the few that get caught are akin to the random drug busts made by the DEA which NEVER put the cartels out of business as 99% of packages are never intercepted.

It is. Yafai has returned to interim champ after the no contest ruling.
