      I still think the fact that Marquez was competitive against naturally bigger fighters is impressive. Marquez started at featherweight and fought at welterweight against Floyd, Manny, and Tim. All three times he came well under the 147 pound limit. He did good imo.

        It also think it is impressive that Marquez was on the downslide here, being 10 years older than the 30 year old Bradley. If Marquez was 3-4 years younger, his reflexes, stamina and punch output could be a game changer in this bout, though it would still had been a pretty competitive bout where he could lose.

        I get that Marquez was coming off the KO win over Pacquiao the previous year before facing Bradley, but his punch output and reflexes weren't as it was in the third bout. Only his punching power benefitted from investing on the physique change to bulk up to Welterweight.

          Good fight. Marquez was unlucky that his quest to become a 5 division champion ended in a SD loss.
