I still think the fact that Marquez was competitive against naturally bigger fighters is impressive. Marquez started at featherweight and fought at welterweight against Floyd, Manny, and Tim. All three times he came well under the 147 pound limit. He did good imo.Malvado likes this.

I get that Marquez was coming off the KO win over Pacquiao the previous year before facing Bradley, but his punch output and reflexes weren't as it was in the third bout. Good fight. Marquez was unlucky that his quest to become a 5 division champion ended in a SD loss.
