Lubin got a gift decision to get this shot. I used to be a big Lubin fan but he has an unreliable chin and can be discouraged. He has skills but is not as of a big puncher as some make him to be, he is sharp though. This is a good gauge to see how Bakhram handles him.

I will pull for Lubin. But I really like what I have seen from Murtazaliev. It will be fun at least.

I wonder if the fact that Tyzu is now seen as having the iron chin of a baby frog makes Murt seem a little overrated. Guess we will see - but maybe not cause Lubin also has the iron chin of a baby frog too, lol.

Bakhram, Fundora, Ortiz jr and Ennis, could be good fights between them.

Not unless a lot of fighters have turned him down.

Like some here, I wonder if Murtazaliev is being overestimated on the basis of his win against Tszyu, who fought with no defense whatsoever in that fight. I have him winning against Lubin simply because he is already damaged goods and didn't deserve the win against Ramos. We might see Lubin try to box Murtazaliev, hopefully he doesn't stink up the joint.

The next probable big fights at 154 are Ortiz vs. Ennis, and that's a big if, and Fundora vs. Zayas, and Murtazaliev will probably fight the winner of either of those two fights, if he does get over Lubin as expected.

                  Bakhram Murtazaliev-Erickson Lubin - Right!

Lubin will be destroyed inside 6rds and need a face lift if it's not just a clean shot ko.

Well, if the other champs not calling him out for a unification and the top #10 trying desperately not to fight him doesnt give you a clue, then you shall remain clueless.. No one wants to fight him. They wouldnt fight him before he had a title, wont fight him now he does have a title. An entire division of cowardly dogs too scared to try and win a title. What a fkn disgace.

Obviously. Title holders arent calling him out for a unification, contenders refuse to risk fighting him for a title Its a blight on boxing. Fkn disgrace.
