Dubois should have fought Parker first and if he'd won would have had good karma going into the Usyk fight.

As is, bad karma equals crying about lost opportunity blaming destiny.

Karma and destiny are not real , losing to a better fighter is.

Karma only means action or intentional action. You fig around and you find out. Reap what you sow. It’s not magic.

When Dubois ducked Parker it was clear he was afraid. In face off he didn’t even wanna think about the previous stoppage.

Destiny is the result of your karma. Pollywog is right, it was a bad choice to duck Oilskin bcs everyone knows that Parker deserved the shot more than Dubois. Big Baby is unproven, Hrgo is one dimensional and flat footed af so the only really good win was Joshua.

Likely Dubois knew he had a puncher’s chance against Usyk since losing every second of the first fight and fighting Parker was a likely gonna lead to a loss as well. He chose the easy path to a fight about undisputed championship he didn’t deserve in reality. Dubois destiny/legacy now is getting 2 major championship belts just handed to him. He has taken a ton of punishment already and is likely damaged for good. Taking this kind of beatings is a result of his actions, karma.

Lots of fights available for him in 6 months time. He’s a name and by this time next year the old guys may be retired for good

They can talk all they want - karma, destiny, luck. There is no parallel universe in which DDD beats Usyk - ever. He does not have the skills to deal with Usyk's level.

Alright... DuBois rebuilt from the Joyce loss. He rebuilt from the first Usyk beat down. Now... What? Line up Luis Ortiz? See if Jared Anderson or Otto Wallin are up for it? Fighters rebound from losses all the time, but DuBois just looked lost and humbled in all his and at some point you are the boxer everyone thinks you are. Sure, at 27 he may have 5-10 years to rebuild. But at some point your the boxer people line up to pad the win total. He better be hungry and open to new training because I think he may be damaged.
