I have NEVER seen Cotto dominated by a guy smaller than him.
Cotto is still in his prime and don't see how the speed will effect
him much because he has decent to good speed himself. Cotto
is a strong guy, Pac would have to hit him with every punch to
put him down and to me, Cotto is not going to stand there and
let Pac beat up on him. I think the Mayweather/Marquez fight
showed why smaller guys should stay out of the WW division.
