Don't be silly. In boxing there are RULES. Roach wants a clean fight, it's as simple as that. He did the same thing before the Hatton fight, had words with the referee about Hatton's mauling. Pacquiao isn't a cheat when he fights, he doesn't need to, so the same should be expected of Cotto.
