I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I've thought, for a while now, that Manny may be on roids. In this day and age it's not far fetched for any professional athlete to test positive or not be caught even though they might be using.

I'm skeptical of both Pacquiao and Usain Bolt.

NSAC came out with statement that manny was never tested positive on any drug in all 3 (or 4?) after fyt tests conducted on him.
