Haymon bait and switched in Fundora for Thurman as he knew Thurman had no chance vs Tszyu. Haymon scrooed Tszyu's career. Fundora is another Paul Williams but Haymon has no Floyd to put Williams on the backburner as a pawn. Fundora is Haymon's only ace now. White fighters have no chance with Haymon. Tszyu destroyed Haymon's old stable but Haymon stabbed him in the back in the end with Fundora who he never should have fought. Boxing is a dirty rotten business for good white fighters but Usyk is the Goat so they can't scroo him.

Tim has looked very similar to Lucas Matthysse post-Garcia fight, lost all his confidence.

It’s probably safe to say that Tszyu’s career is probably over at the elite level. His handler’s maxed him out. However, he can sell tickets though and is still a box office draw. However, his days as a title contender have sunset.Comment

The thing about hard punchers who also get hit a bit too much is that their careers in boxing are not that long, not in this era I guess.
Tszyu hopefully did get paid well and saved a few million. He doesn't have to do this anymore, or for much longer. Up to him, it's his career, just had to monitor his brain health.Comment

i've yet to see a single gym out of australia succeed at the world level. they're all C-level the exception to that was the kambosos teofimo fight, but that was basically everything aligning perfectly on one night for kambosos, he's been total **** ever since

Kostya had Jonny Lewis most if not all his career and they did pretty well. Opetaia has an AUS based team and so far so good. Otherwise, yeah, Kambosos had a perfect night, and other recent ones like Jeff Horn and Tim have been pretty amateurish

if tim was better more carefully managed he could still have his 0 and people would be saying he was great but that would be fooling people as he was eventually going to be found out and not as good as advertised, happens a lot in boxingComment
