Pac - Barrios was underwhelming. Looked like Barrios was taking over in the 3rd and 4rth rounds, then he just seemed to stop his assertiveness and let Pac right back into the fight. I'd expected that Barrios was going to amp up the pressure to wear down the older man, but instead he completely took his foot off the gas. Manny was bothered by the body shots, was complaining and was looking frazzled...So Barrios decided to lower the intensity? WTF??!!
Is Barrios really that bad? He beat the crap out of Ugas, but looked very vulnerable in his previous fight to this one. Maybe he's just not a consistent fighter. I also suspect that he is physically vulnerable and senses his own weakness, because he really was not pushing forward to beat Pac down. Maybe he doesn't trust his own chin and body to withstand a shootout. Didn't he get hurt badly in his last fight?

It’s a shame Manny ran out of gas in the last quarter of the fight.
You could tell the difference in him after his team stalled fixing the tape getting him back out there to start the round.
He’s my favorite fighter so I’m not gonna lie I was hoping they would give it to him even though it probably really was a draw. Would’ve been great if they gave it to him and he actually retired for good. The way he leaves his hands down after every combo has me nervous for him if he tries to keep fighting.
Barrios can’t feel good about tonight. Now he knows why Manny picked him.
I hope Manny hangs them up. He can hold his head high getting a draw against a current champ at his age.Mike D likes this.

That looked like a sparring session. Barrios isn't good, but he's better than this.
