Haha no way...Madrimov & Bohachuk are both very good fighter's but Boots has ELITE characteristics and I don't say that lightly.

Lots of things...physique, handspeed, athleticism, power, ring IQ etc although I agree his defence is subpar and could be his undoing (similar to Abdullah Mason). In fact, I'm willing to BET good money that Boots breaks the p4p top 10 during his career and probably even the top 5.
