As for Murtazaliev, he turned down the offer previously because his team said he couldn't abide by the IBF's 10lb rehydration limit. He's only saying he wants Murt now, because their team is already ordered to fight Lubin.

after canelo - crawford, wba champion will automatically be tellez. his mandatory is already baraou and jermell is champion in recess which is second mandatory basically. i hate what crawford is doing very much (holding a belt hostage when he never intends to defend it). ortiz is fundora's mandatory. wbo is still vacant. ibf mandatory fight is still not scheduled but needs to be in the next 4 months. every belt is "busy"/unavailable for boots except wbc interim held by ortiz.
ortiz deserves fundora first to become at least 1 division champion (in his third weight division) and then boots.
