Nobody has ever beaten yarde easily and he gave Beterbiev one of his toughest ever fights. Great test for David.

I bet that this will be a great fight. Yarde is a freaking war horse of a human and how Bene will beat him is to work through the errors. He could get manhandled or he could show that skill beats horse man stiff. Yarde is a horse if I didn't make that point enough

David is always showing his quality. He fights top flight ppl with no problem. He always looks for strrong opponents. Yarde is nobodies play toy. He's a serious fighter. That just elevates David even more as his career rolls on. And he's nowhere near done yet

Folks are underestimating Yarde bc of him getting KOed by a jab from Kovalev, when it was really just the case of a dude so completely gassed that a gust of wind woulda blown him over. His gas tank has always been the major question mark. Benavidez is definitely the favorite here, but nobody has had an easy night dealing with Yarde for the most part. Dude is big, physical, and can box very well, so this is not an easy night for either guy. Benavidez gonna hafta really be patient and work to get this one.

Btw, Canelo never said "he was never going to fight for Turki"

Yes he did but it doesn’t matter. What matters is do you now know why Canelo chose to deal with Turki or are you still struggling to figure it out?

Benavidez doesn't hold power at 175 he beat a guy who retired for several years then beat a SMW. If benavidez can handle yarde power he will win yet that's a huge if for this is his first real lHW in there prime

How does beating Yarde make him the baddest man on the planet? I think Yarde is the guy who is there to be beaten up by the top guys these days. Never improved on the promise he showed in Kovalev fight

IIRC Yarde started boxing quite late. He lost to old Kovalev, Beterbiev and Lyndon Arthur. If Benavidez is anywhere near as good as he's hyped to be, he should be beating Yarde. Should have too much class, experience and stamina.

Yarde is strong, explosive and usually game though. That physicality alone means he can give guys a tough fight. His explosiveness makes him a live 'dog imo and makes this a reasonably interesting fight.
