I'm not a professional fighter. I'm just a random guy who has done a little bit of boxing, judo, and jiu jitsu training. I'm sure he could easily beat me.

That doesn't change the fact that he has never faced anyone ranked in the top 3 by the TBRB of the division he fought them in at the time of the fight. He hit Garcia with a catchweight above the limit of the division both guys were ranked in.
