I agree. While I've never been punched by him, I always thought Gvozdyk's high knockout rate was on account of his skills, pace, fluid hands and combinations (as opposed to single punch power). I don't recall him getting many guys out of there with a one-hitter quitter...he would land several shots in combination and would be all over his opponents. That's how I remember his stoppages of normally durable guys like Chilemba and Stevenson. I could be wrong though, it's been a while.

Morrell has only had two fights at LHW, so you can't say he isn't a puncher there. And he was definitely a puncher at SMW. And, yeah, Gvozdyk isn't necessarily a one-punch KO guy. His skill set is much deeper. Still a puncher, though. Look at the KO %. Same with Benavidez. I don't limit "punchers" to one-punch KO guys. I believe Crawford is a puncher, too. Mad all around skills, but not necessarily a one punch KO guy.

Clenelo was wise to duck the monster. He's on another level right now. I don't see this fight going past 6.

Great card but I still think it's missing a PROPER main event!

Yes, I get it, but we know he isnt proven as a puncher at LHW. Not trying to over-think this or debate semantics here.I am talking about huge single punch type power which isn't evidenced by Benevidez or Morel since they moved up. Of course Morel could show it tomorrow...

              I definitely agree.

                I do...Benevidez ain't ko'ing Canelo but I think he wins a 7-5 type decision at this time.

Nah, I was talking about Yarde. He's gonna finish him in about 5 or 6. Yeah, Clenelo has a granite chin and a pocket full of judges. Maybe Benavidez, if he's lucky wins 7-5, but most likely they call if a draw. I saw the fight with Bivol where Bivol won almost every round and they called it much closer than it should have been!

So, basically Beterbiev and maybe Yarde qualify to that standard at LHW.

Gvozdyk and Morrell are not punchers? lol. They both literally put an opponent in a coma. The garbage people just spew out is unreal.
