Speaking as an elderly man whose sons, I am glad to say, listen to proper music, not Charli cxxc, I would love it if Froch came out of retirement and tanked Paul. It is, sadly, about 10 years too late for Dennis ‘the rock’ Andries to still put his teeth down his throat for him!

As a big Froch fan, I don't think he gets the job done against Jake Paul

Carl is almost 50 and hasn't boxed in 11 years, and he retired because he himself said he was slowing down in training.

Froch vs Dirrell was 16 years ago, Jake would probably be able to pull off a ****ty version of Dirrells performance against a 50 year old Froch and he's getting given the decision

Bellew on the other hand would spark Paul if he was ****** enough to fight him.

From what I hear, Jake Paul has the following lined up:

1) Butterbean
2) Floyd Mayweather SENIOR
3) Tommy "Got Hit A lot" Hearns
4) Dennis Rodman or Patrick Beverly (that's still up in the air)
5) Doug (from the Liberty Mutual commercials).

This just underscores how corrupted boxing is, that a bogus bum of this level can be maneuvered into position for a possible title shot down the road.

How exactly is he a FRAUD? Sure he didn't start boxing at 3 years old or have the pedigree of someone like say Canelo or Lomachenko. But I'm missing the part where he claimed he did. I'm willing to bet in the time he's been doing it that he trains just as hard as most any other pros and has accomplished more than anyone could have expected him to under his circumstances. No one is forcing anyone to watch him or to fight him, yet they do anyway. And what does that say about so many other "better" pros out there that no one knows who the hell they are? It's all kind of a Captain Obvious situation. As far as I'm concerned he no more of a fraud as a boxer than Beyonce or Taylor Swift is as a singer. Not everyone can be Maria Callas and not everyone can be Sugar Ray Leonard. It is what it is. The dude has worked REALLY hard and carved a niche for himself and made enough money to freeze hell over. Anyone else was and is free to do the same. Now my life and my value system don't revolve around fame and money, and I also totally get the whole boxing purist standpoint, but you do have to give the kid his credit. If you hate the kid so much let things take their course and you should be happy if and when he gets flattened by someone you deem worthy enough as an opponent.

For me, Jake Paul is currently a semi-useful idiot. When his cards start looking like the Times Square fiasco, I'll officially tune out. But they haven't. Other than his fights, you can be reasonably certain of seeing at least one great fight. He has good matchmakers.
