Khan's chin was actually holding up pretty well for half the fight until Canelo landed a bazooka with his full body weight behind it. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how Crawford handles Canelo's power because although he has a pretty SOLID chin, we've seen him do the stanky leg against Gamboa and get dropped by Kava before.

Khan was showing Canelo how to fight Crawford. Crawford needed low blows to slow Khan down once he shot his load

The fight you speak of was 11 years ago vs Gamboa and he still took him apart by the 9th round
        Kava was 6 years ago
        What’s your point ???
Ali got dropped 4 times , care to explain

Lmao you people expecting Bud to fight like Floyd did are the most ignorant casual fans in the house
This might be Bud’s last fight BUT now he’s going to try and portray another fighter

Gamboa wobbled him a few times at Lightweight whereas Kava dropped him at Welterweight. Therefore, it remains to be seen how Crawford's chin holds up 2 weight divisions higher than he's currently fighting at against Canelo who can definitely punch. Crawford also seemed a little gun-shy against Madrimov after feeling the full weight of his punches. Also, Ali was a career Heavyweight whereas Crawford will be fighting in his fifth weight class so it's NOT a like-for-like comparison.

I’ll give you that I, I had the same impression of him being gun shy against Madrimov but for me it wasn’t it wasn’t the full weight of the punches but more like Madri’s style
You could tell Bud was bothered by it and his footwork has never been his forte
The styles contrasted and that imo , is what threw him off and worried about gettting countered and dropped
Kava gave Bud all kinds of problems until he figured him out late in the fight
That knockdown was Bud moving right towards it

Tbh I think it was a combination of BOTH...Bud definitely seemed 'uncomfortable' with some of Madrimov's punches but was also confused by his awkward amateur style as you already pointed out. Also, if you look at the CompuBox stats, Crawford only landed 11 punches more overall. Therefore, it remains to be seen how he handles Canelo's power 2 weight divisions HIGHER plus Canelo is also an ELITE fighter unlike Madrimov who has faced every style possible and come out on top for the most part. Still, I expect Crawford to be his toughest test to date since Bivol.

yeah khan showed how to get ko'd.

crawford should not follow what khan did because crawford doesnt have the hand speed.

crawford need to be on the move but also counter instead of just moving around like scull did...

this is how you beat canelo... move and counter when you see an opening.

if crawford stand and trade like khan did, crawford goes to sleep.

if crawford move like scull did, crawford will lose on the scorecards..

crawford need to move and throw punches that actually lands on canelo.

canelo is not hard to hit, crawford just need to be on the go and throw punches that counts/lands.

Canelo has cement shoes and isn’t fluidly mobile
Maybe once twice he might try to swarm in but I believe Canelo’s feet won’t be problem at all
Bud knows he’s going in there not knock him out but to outbox him
I think he has a pretty damn chance of winning as long as he doesn’t get caught and sticks to his plan
Not saying he’ll be running , I doubt it because in all reality he does enjoy engaging and this will be his swan song

I think two judges had khan behind on the cards which is crazy.
