You gotta have an A level inside game if you gonna beat Rodriguez.

Rodriguez has always been world class. He showed Yafai why there are levels to this game.

With that said, Teraji is a beast. He loves opponents like Rodriguez.

Yafai believed he beat the best Sunny and came at Rodriguez with little regard. Yafai got a case of the big head from that Sonny fight and tried to hook with a hooker.

I wouldnt make too much of this fight if I was Rodriguez. Yafai only had 9 pro fights and ran out of recourses early. He walked into a meat grinder and forgot how to box. He was getting timed, set up, countered, comboed, what not for twelve.

Rodriguez is a former unified champion and has fought 10 times against world title winning opposition (ignoring interim belts), going 5-5 in those fights. Why would you think he would not understand the context of his own win? He's had 47 fights, has been a pro for 15 years, has fought in six countries in four weight classes. This ain't his first rodeo.

regardless, Teraji is P4P top guy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, underestimate unknown Mexicans with good records at your own peril. And by the way, how much holding did the referee allow Yafai to get away with? Ridiculous. I bet if it was the other way around the guy would have gotten disqualified.

Francisco Rodriguez Jr. is unknown? Do you even watch boxing?

He was the former WBO/IBF minimumweight world titlist and has been in there with Chocolatito, Junto Nakatani, Donnie Nietes, Kazuto Ioka, Moises Fuentes, Katsunari Takayama, Oswaldo Novoa, Hernan Marquez, Ramon Garcia Hirales, and Merlito Sabillo among others.
