Rodriguez is a former unified champion and has fought 10 times against world title winning opposition (ignoring interim belts), going 5-5 in those fights. Why would you think he would not understand the context of his own win? He's had 47 fights, has been a pro for 15 years, has fought in six countries in four weight classes. This ain't his first rodeo.
