NC the rematch, ban Mungia for a year, and give Surace a big fight for his troubles.

So strange these contaminants, they seem to show up at the worst possible times for these guys, I do not know if we will ever find out how they got where they got or what possible way they could have got there, at least we know it has nothing to do with PED abuse or use that is reassuring.............To think he may not be able to fight for a year or less sounds so unfair...........those contaminants they are funny things that is for sure. Maybe if they just stopped testing for those contaminants that would help ?

Even if he can prove some sort of incidental contamination (and I have zero idea how you can "prove" that), this is a combat sport and drugs have to be punished severely when discovered. It is bad enough in other sports, but you are TRYING to hurt someone in these sports. Cheating on top of bad intentions just cannot be excused.
The licencing boards need to start applying the "strict liability" criteria more stringently and imposing minimum period vans for test failures; first time 2years, second 5years, three strikes 10 years!

Boxing needs to learn from some of the other sports like Cycling. First offence, 2-yr ban, 2nd offense lifetime ban...

Especially in boxing where they only fight every 6-12 months, the bans should be longer.. would say 4yr ban should be right amount of deterrence.

Should have locked the B-Sample in a vault on Mars next to Dillian Whyte's. Nash out - His Majesty

I don't know man. It just seems like these positive results are only opportunities for the boxing commissions and boards to squeeze the A-side team under the table in exchange for leveling an inconsequential 6 month or 1 year ban plus a minimal fine, e.g. Clenbuterol Canelo, instead of something that resembles punishment/accountability, like a 2 year ban and/or forfeiture of the fight purse. So B-side fighters who can't pony up the money get the longer bans.
