Sure - So Salido didnt have “300” amateur fights…He was a former champ who already had 56 pro fights!! In addition to not even coming close to making weight and being one of the dirtiest fighters in the game at the time. Undefeated p4p at the time Prime Rigo called Loma out and voluntarily moved up 2 - not 3 weight classes. Was considered by many a 50/50 fight and Loma made Rigo quit on his stool. Nice try at diminishing that dominating win.And I guess you don’t consider a prime undefeated Nicholas Walters - who destroyed prime Donaire and Darchinyan - a “big” name…who also quit on his stool! Undefeated prime Gary Russell Jr ? Nah - not a big deal for 3rd pro fight . Loma had the balls to challenge himself and dared to be even greater by moving up and fighting the far bigger prime Haney/Lopez! Your “opinion “Good fighter but a bit overhped. Salido beat him, it doesnt matter if it was his second fight, he had more than 300 amateur fights, Salido didnt. Lost to Haney albeit controversial and lost vs Lopez clearly when Teofimo didnt have that many fights so yes, a very good fighter but no big deal. No wars, no names other than those 3 and Rigo who was 3 weight classes smaller.
of Loma falls in the extreme minority as evidenced by the articles and comments on this site.

the world cup is always better with a good brazilian team i think, when they get a good team they can really play, hasnt happened for many years tho for some reason, must be very frustrating for the country who are footie mad

my name is French and some of my family is from Mali. One of favorite players came out of west Africa and the French team is basically the African all stars lol. I enjoy watching Brazil too. I also like the Dutch team and German team.Comment
