Loma is so overrated and I had to hear about his greatness as the boxing comminuty swung off his nuts. He is skilled but what's his best win? Linares got stopped by Demarco who was dominated by Valero and Broner. The Ax man Walters victory was a good one, but thats about it. Weak opposition and just when the weight classes around him started filling up with some talent he lost to Teofimo and Haney. He is not top 50 all time in the pros. In the amateurs he is top 5 all time.

Most Americas dont care about olympics.
no not american, i just assumed americans loved the 100 metres final etc considering they are usually full of americans

          Heh.
          You are right about that.
I love me some 100m and not just because we Yanks have good runners competing. It's just a classic event, right?
Who can run the fastest of all? Let's find out.
          BA DA BOOM

EDIT: FWIW, my delight in the 100m did not lessen one bit when Usain Bolt of Jamaica dominated.

Outstanding career both amateur and Pro ,fought the very best available and now its best time to hang em up pushing 38.

Pd. Loma should've won the Haney fight honestly.

I guess he figured he couldn’t beat all the American champions in his weight class and didn’t want to go out beat up

Good fighter but a bit overhped. Salido beat him, it doesnt matter if it was his second fight, he had more than 300 amateur fights, Salido didnt. Lost to Haney albeit controversial and lost vs Lopez clearly when Teofimo didnt have that many fights so yes, a very good fighter but no big deal. No wars, no names other than those 3 and Rigo who was 3 weight classes smaller.

Mayweather lost Castillo and Maidana. People still overhype him.
