I know he has struggled with injuries, but he has had 22 fights in 13 years and has (unofficially) lost 4 times. He was excellent for a short time, but some UK reporters are putting him up there with Ken Buchanan.
If Ricky Burns is interested, maybe a Scottish fight would be a nice send off.
Taylor still has a life ahead of him outside of boxing and I wish him the best
This guy reminds me of Broner, McGregor, Ruiz, Duran and countless others. These guys fulfil their lifetime ambition of becoming world champions and go off the rails by either eating too much and/or hard partying and THINK it’ll have no effect. Guess again.
As Muhammad Ali once said, ‘the hardest part of training is dodging all the nightclubs and girls’!

I dont think so. Kenny had a reign of terror. Taylor had a sneaky punch on the break. I met Chu chu Malave, he said nobody ever hit him as hard as Kenny. The man was a beast.
You could make a strong case for Ken Buchanan being, at worst, Britain’s second best ever boxer. I kinda would argue that Lennox Lewis achieved more & that Prince Naseem had the most exceptional ability but, taken all in all, considering both ability & achievement, Ken Buchanan was, at worst, second & you could make a good case for him being first. You just don’t get quality like Ken Buchanan any more.
