Comments Thread For: Junto Nakatani: ?Having a champion accept my challenge was very satisfying?

Junto Nakatani had to go through three weight divisions just to get to his first unification bout, so it was a sigh of relief when Ryosuke Nishida accepted right away.

I think the greater experience and firepower of Nakatani will be the big factors in this fight.
And we get to see it free-ish here in the US, yay.

Good to see some unifications! Hate to see 4 people at the same weight calling themselves the best and Champions without daring to fight each other.

Junto does everything textbook perfect. On top of that, I love how he slightly changes angles on his punches. He knows exactly what he's doin.

Fighting that guy is a nightmare. HOnestly, he KOs everyone at 118. I think a shorter, aggressive guy like Bam doesn't fare well either.

We still have gyus like Navarette and Espinoza who bring it. But in Japan, most def, the recent "four kings" at LW would be ripped to shreds for representing the sport as Business divas. In that vein, Nakatani and Garcia/Davis are polar opposites.
