Jaron has both the height and reach advantage over Teofimo Lopez and he could also box. He can defeat Teo from a distance.

He doesn’t have to hunt him down in order to win. If Teo decides that he wants to run around the ring.

Then Jaron could just as easily feed him a diet of solid body punches. Which will inevitably break him down.

I've watched Boots in at least a dozen fights. I have never seen him use distance to win or be that crafty. He has elite physical gifts and is genetically superior to almost any fighter I've ever seen, to he as big and strong as he is at 147 is incredible.

That said I think he knows it all too well and that is why he leaves himself open and gets hit alot. And if he can't get the quick ko he gets frustrated. Maybe he will fight really smart against Teo and beat him up from outside. But if he fights his usual fight he will be open to counters and Teo hits really hard and is very fast, and he lives to counterpunch.

I am not even saying Teo wins for sure, just saying that it isn't that huge a mismatch.

You make a valid point to which I agree. If Boots become too predictable by fighting like his usual self.Then yes; Teo could enjoy some success.

However, if Ennis decides that he is going to add a few new wrinkles to his game by fighting off the back foot. Then he could easily frustrate Lopez. If the doesn’t have a plan B.
