Braekhus was denied her career defining win because Holm didn't want that smoke. Braekhus even offered to fight in the US and it would've been the biggest purse of Holm's career to date, but Holly didn't want it.

Forever Credit to Holly for joining Ray Mercer and Francis Ngannou in showing what a slightly cross trained Boxer can do to MMA's very best in their house. I think it made young people who arrived at combat sports through Mixed Martial Arts take a closer look at what UFC fighters are doing when not kicking or on the ground.
Cecilia Braekhus would be a great fight between two female boxing legends.
