David good but far from a HOF lock

Bivol beating Artur thrice then whooping David AND Parker's Cousin Buff Guy Jai would make a case!

I go by the TRUE MEANING OF POUND FOR POUND. If they were all the same size , Inoue would beat everyone else. I don't go by the other parameters that people have added in recent years. Who would beat who is the only real criteria , and of course it's entirely subjective. It makes for lively arguments and conversation , but at the end of the day doesn't really mean anything as two reasonable people can make arguments for different fighters and no one is necessarily wrong.

Betting odds are all about the money line , it's not really about a guys real chances of winning. Odds shift according to the money coming in on either side. The books just try to get their ten percent of the handle. So it's not really about a guys realistic possibilities. I hope that I explained that adequately.

Not sure where you’re trying to take this, but yes that is a fair argument, although I tend to put more stock into moving up weight classes than simply years on someone’s resume.

However, you’re the one who brought up Floyd (I don’t know why), and I simply stated that I respect him, think he is much smarter than his heel persona would let on, and he of all people would know sports evolved and he will be outclassed if not by Crawford, then by Boots, Ortiz, or someone else who’s still in kindergarten. And likewise they will be outclassed in their accomplishments by someone 100 years later. It’s the simple progression of time and the evolution of nature.

I think Usyk or Inoue might actually be the most SKILLED out there, leaning more towards Usyk on that one. But he never fought enough. He may retire with only 24 or 25 total fights on his resume, which is quite frankly, insane. So he can’t be #1 for me. Inoue fights more than enough, but like the article said, the ranks at his weight classes he’s competed against are not very deep. He also seems to be susceptible to check hooks and I could see him not getting up from one if it happens at a higher weight.

Bivol won’t ever be #1 because of his loss…
Henry Armstrong and Sugar Ray Robinson might have something to say about that TBE business. Even beating Alvarez doesn't put Crawford in that kind of company in my opinion.

You're the only one making sense. P4P is what you stated. We used to never give heavyweights P4P. Roy Jones started that bs.

I mean I get it Uysk moved up to heavyweight but we gotta give the small guys a chance to shine. It's The monster!!!

Best resume it's Uysk. No doubt. Worst Resume is Crawford. If we are going base on the talent they faced.

                      I put Crawford over bivol.
